Finnish Foreign Minister Valtonen proposes three steps to end war

Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen reacted to the Russian missile strike on Sumy and proposed three steps to end Russia's war against Ukraine.
According to Censor.NET, she wrote about this in the social network X.
Speaking about the shelling of Sumy, Valtonen noted that the world has been waiting for Russia to agree to a ceasefire for more than a month, but Russia continues to bomb civilians in Ukraine.
Therefore, Valtonen called for an end to the war, suggesting three steps
- continue to strengthen Ukraine's self-defense through military assistance;
- weaken the Russian military machine through economic sanctions;
- set a clear deadline for a ceasefire.
