Starmer on Russian attack on Sumy: Putin must agree to full and immediate ceasefire without any conditions

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer reacted to the Russian missile attack on Sumy and expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the victims.
Starmer wrote about this on the social network X, Censor.NET reports.
"I am appalled by Russia's horrific attacks on civilians in Sumy, and my thoughts are with the victims and their families at this tragic time," he wrote.
Starmer also emphasized that "President Zelenskyy has demonstrated his commitment to peace. Now Putin must agree to a full and immediate ceasefire without any conditions."
As a reminder, on April 13, 2025 , Russian troops attacked Sumy with ballistic missiles, causing significant destruction and a large number of casualties. According to the latest data, there are 32 dead, including two children, and 99 wounded, including 11 children.
