Parliament adopts draft law on simplified write-off of military property

The Verkhovna Rada has passed draft law No. 12373 in the second reading, which simplifies the procedure for writing off military property.
This was announced by MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak, Censor.NET reports.
The draft law was supported by 321 MPs. The document is now awaiting the President's signature.
The purpose of the law is to improve the efficiency of accounting and write-off of military property, reduce the bureaucratic burden on unit commanders and improve the legal framework for property management, in particular as it relates to the Security Service of Ukraine. It is expected that this will allow more resources and time to be focused on combat missions.
