Zelenskyy proposes to extend martial law and mobilisation for 90 days

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has sent draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada to extend martial law and general mobilisation in Ukraine.

According to Censor.NET, this is evidenced by the relevant draft laws No. 13172 and No. 13173 of 15 April 2025.

Thus, martial law and mobilisation are proposed to be extended from 9 May 2025 for 90 days.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that martial law in Ukraine could be lifted after the end of the hot phase of the war.
