Occupiers attacked cyclist with FPV drone in Sumy region: man is wounded
Around 13:00, Russian troops launched an FPV drone attack on a 38-year-old civilian man who was riding a bicycle on the territory of the Krasnopillia community.
This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of the Sumy region, Censor.NET informs.
As noted, as a result of the shelling, the victim was injured and hospitalized. The use of such weapons against civilians is a violation of international humanitarian law.
The Sumy District Prosecutor's Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigators and prosecutors are working at the scene.
