PGO completed pre-trial investigation into Mosiichuk’s case: MP faces up to 12 years in prison

Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine employee Vladyslav Kutsenko declared, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

He noted that the MP was officially informed about completion of the pre-trial investigation. "It was not easy. The representative of the PGO was insulted, the documents submitted by the prosecutors were torn apart and thrown into the prosecutors," Kutsenko said.

The prosecutor noted that those actions were filmed.

"The case materials will be immediately submitted to the court once he and his lawyers familiarize with them," the prosecutor said.

He added that Mosiichuk faced up to 12 years in prison.
