Zelenskyy conferred rank of brigadier general on Andrii Biletskyi, - presidential decree
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree conferring the military rank of brigadier general on Andrii Biletskyi.
This is stated in the presidential decree dated 30 September, as reported by Censor.NET.
"To award the military rank of brigadier general to Colonel Biletskyi Andrii Yevheniiovych , commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the Operational Command "East" of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the text of decree reads.
