China is ready to deepen cooperation with Russia, - Chinese Premier Li Qiang
During a meeting in Moscow with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said that Beijing seeks to strengthen communication and coordination with Russia and deepen cooperation between the two countries' governments.

"China is ready to cooperate with Russia, continue to strengthen communication and coordination, and constantly deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in the interests of the peoples of both countries," Li said.
He added that China seeks to expand cooperation in energy, investment, agriculture, and other areas, and calls on Russia to increase food supplies to the Chinese market.

Mishustin, for his part, said that the strategic partnership between the countries is at an "unprecedentedly high level" and that Russia is ready to deepen dialogue and cooperation in all areas. He promised to create favorable conditions for Chinese business in the Russian Federation and to increase Moscow's contribution "to promoting regional and global peace and development."
