The Trump administration has not discussed the U.S. withdrawal from NATO.
Politico reports this, according to Censor.NET.

According to two NATO diplomats, the United States has not initiated any internal debates within NATO nor issued specific directives regarding Washington’s role in the Alliance.
A source told the publication that the Trump administration had not informed Congress of the upcoming withdrawal.
"There is no evidence that this is actually the case," added the Pentagon spokesperson.
The path to withdrawing from NATO will be fraught with legal obstacles and is likely to face backlash from members of Congress who argue that the president must comply with a 2023 law requiring a two-thirds majority in the Senate before the U.S. can withdraw from NATO, the publication reports.
One of the Alliance’s diplomats emphasized that NATO still serves the United States’ core strategic interests.
Another NATO diplomat believes that Trump's rhetoric was aimed at "forcing NATO allies to take some tangible action," specifically to get France and the United Kingdom to provide assistance regarding the Strait of Hormuz.
According to a senior NATO official, Trump's threat appeared to be "just another bluff" and was part of a pattern of the U.S. stepping up pressure on Europe during crises.
