Fierce fighting near Pokrovsk; dozens of Russian attacks repelled, - "East" Operational Command

Ukrainian defenders are holding back the Russian Federation’s offensive in the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration. The enemy is deploying infantry and military equipment but is suffering significant losses.

The Sloviansk and Kramatorsk sectors
In the Sloviansk sector, over the past 24 hours, our defenders repelled four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Yampil.
In the Kramatorsk sector, over the past 24 hours, the occupiers made one attempt to advance toward the village of Malynivka.
Kostiantynivka sector – 17 attacks
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 17 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, Yablunivka, and Sofiivka.
Pokrovsk sector: the hottest area
The situation in the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad urban area remains difficult. The enemy is conducting assault operations on several fronts simultaneously in the Pokrovsk urban area, using light vehicles, ATVs, and infantry groups.
The enemy is focusing its main efforts on advancing in the areas of Hryshyne and toward Rodynske, attempting to advance along the flanks.
On the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk, Ukrainian troops are blocking the enemy’s attempts to advance and holding their designated positions.
In the Myrnohrad-Rodynske sector, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces are also destroying and repelling the enemy.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 31 enemy assaults in the areas around the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Novomykolaivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Hryshyne, and Filiia.
Losses of the enemy
"Our units are conducting intensified aerial reconnaissance, laying additional mines along likely enemy advance routes, and disrupting enemy logistics, while systematically carrying out search-and-strike operations," the "East" Operational Command stated.
Overall, in the area of responsibility of the "East" Operational Command, the occupiers’ losses remain the highest—397 invaders over the past 24 hours.
Over 2,000 UAVs of various types have been destroyed, and 109 units of other weapons and equipment have been destroyed or damaged.
In particular, a tank was hit, and 12 artillery pieces, 36 vehicles, and 53 pieces of specialized equipment were destroyed or damaged.
Units of the "East" military group are focusing not only on eliminating enemy infantry but also on drone operators. Over the past 24 hours, 49 Russian UAV control points were struck.
