Unknown assailant kills TCR soldier in Lviv: attacker being sought, - National Police (updated)
In Lviv, an unknown assailant stabbed a member of the TCR in the neck, resulting in his death. Law enforcement agencies are searching for the attacker.

What is known?
At around 14:15, law enforcement received a report that on Paton Street, during a public awareness event, an unknown assailant stabbed a TCR serviceman in the neck with a knife and then fled.
Despite the efforts of medics, the victim died in hospital from his injuries.
"A police special operation is underway. Criminal police operatives, investigators, patrol officers and staff from other police services are involved in solving the crime," the statement said.
Proceedings have now been initiated on the grounds of murder.
The penalty under this section provides for imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years or life imprisonment.
