Russian forces struck an enterprise in Chernihiv with a ballistic missile.

"The enemy attacked one of the city’s enterprises with a ballistic missile," he said.
It is also known that utility premises at the enterprise were damaged.
Preliminarily, one person was killed.

Later, the Regional Military Administration wrote: "As of now, two people have been killed. One minor has been hospitalized.
According to updated information, two more people sought medical assistance on their own. They are women born in 1995 and 1996 who were near the epicentre of the explosion. Both sustained blast injuries. They were provided with medical assistance."
Background
Earlier, a drone attack was also reported in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district, where a woman was injured.
