Russians used 7,987 KABs in March, highest number since start of year – Defence Ministry
Lacking the desired success on the front, the Russian army is trying to apply pressure by increasing the number of airstrikes.

KAB attacks
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy used 7,987 guided aerial bombs (KABs) in March. This is more than 1,500 more than in February, which was "record-setting" by this indicator.
Situation on the front
The Ministry of Defence noted that the intensity of combat operations remained consistently high in March. A total of 4,985 combat engagements took place over the month.
The highest daily number was recorded on March 17, at 286.
Overall, in March, the enemy carried out more than 115,000 artillery strikes, including 2,834 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
