Ukraine-EU inter-parliamentary cooperation crucial, PM Yatseniuk says
Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk considers the inter-parliamentary co-operation with the European countries to be crucial for Ukraine.
He said this during a meeting with the chairmen of the parliaments of the Nordic and Baltic countries, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
"We believe that inter-parliamentary cooperation is crucial," the prime minister said.
He noted that such cooperation would allow sharing the best parliamentary practices.
According to Yatseniuk, Ukraine needs political stability, which to a large extent can be achieved through the efforts of the parliament, coalition factions, and parliamentary work.
