Court stiffens pretrial restriction against ‘mad BMW driver’ Khrapachevskyi, - Adviser to Interior Minister

Rostyslav Khrapachevskyi has been placed under 24/7 house arrest.

Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Zorian Shkiriak wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"The Kyiv Court of Appeal has just held to change the pretrial restriction for the person responsible for the fatal tragedy that took place in the capital Feb. 7 - the "mad BMW driver" Mr. Khrapachevskyi. The Court has placed him under 24/7 house arrest," Shkiriak wrote.

He also recalled that the Holosiivskyi district court in Kyiv had previously took a shameful decision to release the hoodlum on his own recognizance.

"There is justice after all! Glory to Ukraine!" Shkiriak added.
