The command of the 1st Army Corps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Donetsk) agitates in prisons of Horlivka, Torez and Snizhne, where the prisoners are offered full amnesty, expiry of conviction, and 10,000 Russian rubles as a reward. It is expected to select about 300 people for further training and service near ​​Marinka.
