No grounds for early parliamentary elections, - Rada Speaker Parubii

"I see no grounds for early elections," Parubii said during a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
According to the parliamentary speaker, destabilization in Ukraine "through holding early elections in not a Ukrainian scenario, but the one from outside."
Earlier, as at 12:15 p.m., July 18, the Central Election Commission of Ukraine had processed 61.55 percent of ballots in midterm elections of people's deputies, which took place yesterday in seven constituencies across the country.
