Russians struck outskirts of Kharkiv: three dead, several injured

On the evening of Sunday, 23 August, Russian invaders struck the outskirts of Kharkiv. According to preliminary reports, three people were killed. There are also casualties.
This was reported by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.

"We are dealing with the aftermath of the enemy strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv. There are preliminary reports of three fatalities," the statement reads.
According to Syniehubov, eight people, including some who are injured, have so far been rescued and evacuated by State Emergency Service units. They have been hospitalised. All are receiving medical care.
He added that medics and rescue workers are still searching the area to identify any other possible casualties.
