Zelenskyy on strikes against Russian oil refineries: We have destroyed 45 per cent of their capacity
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine had destroyed 45 per cent of Russia’s oil refining capacity.
The head of state made this statement during a conversation with media representatives in the US, according to Censor.NET.

"How can they get this money if we are retaliating against their attacks on our energy sector, if we are striking their oil refineries? So they don’t have enough diesel; we have destroyed 45 per cent of their capacity. 45 per cent!" he remarked.
China and Russia
According to the president, China is providing Russia with technology not because Beijing and Moscow are close allies.
"Yes, it’s all very pragmatic, because they’ll need this experience elsewhere. That’s why," he added.
