Internet service was partially disrupted in Kyiv following Russian attack on capital
Partial internet outages have been reported in Kyiv following Russian strikes on the capital.

The internet service provider "Pavutyna" reports that one of its data centers was damaged as a result of the shelling, which may currently be leaving some subscribers without service.
Internet service provider UTELS also reported the issues.
"As a result of yet another enemy attack, one of the capital’s data centers, where UTELS’s core equipment is located, was damaged.
Currently, the equipment is without power, which may cause disruptions in network operation and access to services.
Our emergency repair crews are already on site and are doing everything possible to restore the equipment and network as quickly as possible," the company stated.
