Today, 23 September, Russian troops carried out a drone strike on Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region whilst humanitarian aid was being distributed.

This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, according to Censor.NET.

What is known

As reported, this morning in Zolochiv, an enemy drone struck a vehicle belonging to a charity organisation. At that moment, volunteers were distributing food parcels to local residents.

Fortunately, there were no casualties.
