Over the past 24 hours, 184 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. Russian troops were most active in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka sectors.
According to Censor.NET, this information comes from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 84 airstrikes, dropping 270 guided bombs. The enemy also deployed 9,811 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,507 shellings on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, including 54 using multiple launch rocket systems.
The following populated areas, in particular, came under enemy fire:
- Bezsalivka, Korenok, Tovstodubove, Potapivka, Sopych, Bachivsk, Ulanove, Volfyne, Malushyne, Neskuchne, Brusky, Havrylova Sloboda, Iskryskivshchyna, Seredyna-Buda, Yastrubshchyna, Luzhky, Stara Huta, Zarichchia, and Kozache in the Sumy Oblast;
- Mykhalchyna Sloboda, Khrinivka, Leonivka, Krasnyi Khutir, Mkhy, Kliusi, and Bleshnya in Chernihiv Oblast.
The settlement of Hirsk was hit by an airstrike.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation struck three areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.
Combat operations
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors over the past day, the aggressor carried out three airstrikes using seven guided bombs and fired 51 times at the positions of our troops and populated areas, five of which involved the use of multiple-launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Ukrainian units repelled four enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance toward the settlements of Izbytske, Ternova, Lyman, and Rybalchyne.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy attempted five times to improve its positions by conducting assault operations toward Radkivka and Dovhenke.
Attempts to breach our defenses were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers launched eight attacks toward the settlements of Novoselivka, Zarichne, Lyman, Dibrova, and Derylove.
In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out one attack in the Yampil area.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the Defense Forces repelled one attempt by the invaders to advance in the area of the settlement of Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, 18 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive operations in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka and toward Popasna, Illinivka, Osykove, Raiske, Rusyn Yar, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, and Zolotyi Kolodiaz.
The enemy carried out 23 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance toward the settlements of Hannivka, Novyi Donbas, Dobropillia, Svitle, Novohryshyne, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Novopavlivka, Chernihivka, and Myrne.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy did not carry out any assault operations.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers attacked the positions of our defenders five times. The enemy attempted to advance toward the settlements of Uspishne, Rizdvianka, and Yehorivka.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy made one attempt to attack in the direction of Pavlivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the occupiers did not carry out any assault operations.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.
