Kharkiv KAB strikes: rescue operations completed, six killed

Rescuers and municipal services have completed emergency rescue operations at the sites hit by Russian guided aerial bombs (KABs) in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv.

According to Censor.NET, this was announced in a statement by the press service of the State Emergency Service’s Main Directorate in Kharkiv region.

Rescuers worked at two locations

Personnel and equipment from the Kharkiv region State Emergency Service, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine’s Donetsk-Luhansk Mobile Rapid Response Rescue Center and the city’s municipal services were deployed.

Rescuers worked at two locations. They cleared rubble and dismantled destroyed and damaged structures of an apartment building and an industrial building.

Six people killed in the strike

On Monday afternoon, Russian forces struck Kharkiv with three KABs. Hits were recorded at an enterprise and in a residential area.

Six people were killed in the airstrike. Another 59 people, including three children, were injured.
