Air quality has deteriorated in six settlements in Kyiv region

Air quality has deteriorated in six settlements in the Kyiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.
What is known?
The settlements affected are Ivankiv, Vyshneve, Boiarka, Vasylkiv, Obukhiv, and Brovary.
"The main pollutant is fine particulate dust.
Prolonged exposure to this dust can cause breathing difficulties, especially in children, the elderly, and those who are sensitive to irritants. Therefore, experts advise keeping windows closed, avoiding spending too much time outdoors, and drinking plenty of water until the situation improves. If you have an air purifier at home, set it to the highest setting," the statement reads.
In other settlements in the Kyiv region, no exceedances of the permissible levels of chemical and biological substances in the ambient air were observed.
Furthermore, the level of gamma radiation in the region corresponds to the natural background level.
