Two Ukrnafta employees were killed during a Russian missile attack on Pryluky in the Chernihiv region.

Liudmyla Tsyba
According to the report, Liudmyla Oleksiivna worked as a painter with Anti-Corrosion Protection Crew No. 6 of the Pryluky group of Ukrnafta-Bud.
She was killed in a Russian missile strike on residential buildings in Pryluky. At the time of the attack, she was at her relatives' home.
"Our sincere condolences to Liudmyla's loved ones and colleagues. May her memory be cherished," the statement reads.
Ihor Chub
The death of another employee, Ihor Borysovych Chub, was also reported.
Ihor worked as an assistant driller in Ukrnafta's well workover and servicing department. He was 45.
"Our sincere condolences to the deceased's loved ones, friends and colleagues. We share your pain. May Ihor's memory be cherished," the statement reads.
Background
- During Russia's massive missile attack on Ukraine on October 7, a missile hit a five-story residential building in Pryluky.
- Two sections of the apartment building were destroyed. Other residential buildings, a children and youth creativity center, a business, and cars were damaged.
- As of the morning of October 8, 22 people were confirmed dead, including five children. Another 54 people were injured, including seven children.
