A video has been published online showing a series of strikes by Ukrainian drones on Russian equipment and positions during Operation ‘Vivaldi’.
According to Censor.NET, the strikes were carried out by drone operators from the ‘Phoenix’ Main Department of Unmanned Systems of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The released footage shows a Russian tank being hit, an artillery gun camouflaged in the bushes, and a KamAZ lorry parked at the side of the road.
Ukrainian operators also attacked the vehicles and motorcycles used by the occupiers. Enemy shelters were destroyed by targeted strikes from heavy drones.
According to military sources, the ‘Phoenix’ unit operated as part of the supporting forces during preparations for the main assault as part of Operation ‘Vivaldi’, striking the enemy’s equipment and defensive positions.
