Rating Group poll: Zaluzhnyi leads trust ratings in Ukraine

Among politicians and public figures, Ukrainians trust former commander-in-chief and ambassador to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi the most. He is followed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov.

This is shown by data from a Rating Group poll, Censor.NET reports.

64% of respondents said they trust Zaluzhnyi, while 25% do not.

53% of respondents trust President Zelenskyy, while 40% do not.

53% trust Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, while 31% do not.

The remaining poll results are as follows:

  • Mykhailo Fedorov: 38% trust him, 25% do not (another 29% have not heard of him);
  • Yevhenii Khmara: a plurality have not heard of him (43%), 29% trust him, 16% do not;
  • Petro Poroshenko: 24% trust him, 70% do not;
  • Andrii Sybiha: a plurality have not heard of him (48%), 24% trust him, 18% do not.

Methodology

The survey was conducted on October 3–5, 2026. A total of 1,000 respondents were surveyed.

Representativeness: the sample is representative by age, sex and settlement type (the margin of error does not exceed 3.1 percentage points at a 95% confidence level).
