The KCSA clarified that reports of the "green" metro line being shut down due to a power outage are untrue. Surface electric transit in certain areas of the city has been temporarily suspended.
"Reports circulating on social media about an alleged suspension of train service on the ‘green’ metro line are untrue. Currently, a temporary special schedule is in effect on the Syretsko-Pecherska Line during morning and evening rush hours due to restrictions on the South Bridge: only one metro train can cross it at a time," the statement reads.
At other times, trains are running as usual.
Meanwhile, due to a power outage, some public transportation services in the Obolonskyi, Podilskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts have been temporarily suspended.
