What is the company saying?

At the same time, reports are coming in from various regions of Russia about disruptions to Yandex’s services and apps; for example, in Rostov, it was noted that the ‘Yandex Taxi’ app was not working and, as a result, available drivers were not being displayed.
"The enemy attacked Yandex’s third data centre in Vladimir, and in the wake of this, over 80 of the company’s services went offline. These include Yandex Home, Yandex Music and a whole host of others. It seems we’ve lost Yandex!" the message reads.
Following the fire at the Yandex data centre, the whole neighbourhood was shrouded in smoke.

There is a power cut
According to the governor of the Russian region, Alexander Avdeev, drones attacked "infrastructure" in the suburbs of Vladimir. The city is without electricity.
"Drones have attacked infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir. A fire has broken out. There is no information on casualties at this time. Damage to residential buildings has been avoided," Avdeev said.
According to him, two substations supplying electricity to 5,000 residents have been taken offline. Plans are in place to restore the power supply via a backup system once the threat has been eliminated. The evacuation of residents from the houses closest to the site of the attack is currently underway.
