Russian occupiers attacked a Ukrainian cultural heritage site and architectural monument of local significance in Kramatorsk.

This was reported by the city council's press service, according to Censor.NET.

The site is the Palace of Culture and Technology of the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant (NKMZ).

Rescuers extinguished a large-scale fire.

"Today, a Russian FPV drone strike caused a large-scale fire at the cultural centre. While emergency crews were fighting the fire, enemy drones repeatedly attempted follow-up strikes, forcing the crews to take shelter.

Despite the danger, emergency crews extinguished the fire, which covered an area of 800 square metres. Fortunately, no one was injured," the statement reads.
