Russians attack Vinnytsia: civilian infrastructure damaged, four people injured
Civilian infrastructure was damaged in an enemy air attack on Vinnytsia. Four people are currently known to have been injured, two of whom were hospitalised.
Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration head Natalia Zabolotna reported this on Telegram, according to Censor.NET.

"The air attack is ongoing. Remain in shelters until the all-clear signal is given," the official urged city residents.
