Kyiv and Kyiv region: emergency power cuts have been introduced, – DTEK

On the morning of 2 November, emergency power cuts were implemented in Kyiv and the Kyiv region on the orders of Ukrenergo.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by DTEK.

It is noted that during emergency power cuts, the usual schedules do not apply.

What led up to this

It was previously reported that on the morning of 1 November 2026, emergency power cuts were implemented in Kyiv due to constant shelling of the power grid.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the enemy continued to target the power infrastructure overnight, with the new strikes causing further power cuts.
