Zelenskyy has arrived in Germany to discuss strengthening air defence. VIDEO
Today, 3 November, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, arrived in Berlin with his team.
Zelenskyy announced this on his Telegram channel, according to Censor.NET.
What meetings are planned?
According to the head of state, there will be meetings with the German Chancellor, the German President and the President of the Bundestag.
He will also take part in this year’s Berlin Security Conference.
The priority is to strengthen air defence
"The most important thing is our diplomatic coordination: important meetings lie ahead, the strengthening of air defence and support for our energy sector. This is precisely what will be the priority of today’s talks. We all have a stake in security, stability and the protection of a rules-based international order. And we must work together to ensure that these principles are translated into concrete decisions and actions. We thank Germany for its willingness to support our efforts to protect lives and for our very serious joint work!" Zelenskyy concluded.
