The Lviv Region Infrastructure Restoration Service has purchased a passenger car worth 4.26 million hryvnias. Following a tender held on 2 November, ‘Diamant Service Centre’ LLC was selected as the supplier.
This was reported on the ‘Prozorro’ system, according to Censor.NET, citing ‘Nashi Hroshi’.
Details of the deal and the non-competitive procurement
As noted, a 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser GR Sport 3.3 Twin Turbo passenger car is to be delivered by 20 November. The contract provides for an advance payment within 10 days of signing.
Specifications and features of the luxury off-road vehicle
The all-wheel-drive vehicle is fitted with a 3.3-litre Euro 6 diesel engine producing 309 k.s., a 10-speed automatic gearbox, cruise control, four-zone climate control with ionisation, a keyless entry system, an engine start button with a fingerprint scanner, front and rear parking sensors, a panoramic view system with front, rear and two side cameras, heated front seats and outer second-row seats, a leather-trimmed steering wheel and seats finished in a combination of genuine and synthetic leather, and an audio system with an amplifier and 14 speakers.
The car features numerous active safety systems, including a traffic sign recognition and notification system, a blind spot monitoring system, a forward collision warning system with emergency braking and the ability to detect pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
Passive safety features include front, side and knee airbags for the driver and front passenger, side airbags for the second row, protective side curtains for all rows, etc. The specification also includes various off-road driving assistance systems. The warranty is valid for three years or 100,000 km.
How much does the model cost in showrooms and who is the supplier?
In showrooms, the top-of-the-range GR Sport trim level costs 4.21 million UAH for a 2026 model that is already in Ukraine, or 4.39 million UAH for a car that can be ordered from the manufacturer.
The firm was awarded the contract without competition, as no one else took part in the open tender.
To take part in the tender, bidders were required to provide evidence of a similar contract for the supply of a passenger car or passenger cars, completed within the last five years.
Oleh Bereza has headed the restoration service in the Lviv region since 2019. Prior to this, he was the director of the Lviv Municipal Enterprise "Lvivelektrotrans" and the Lviv Municipal Enterprise "Lvivavtodor".
