Meeting between representatives of U.S., Ukraine, EU, and European countries took place at NATO headquarters

Meeting at the NATO headquarters ahead of talks with Russia and the U.S. in Abu Dhabi

A meeting was held at NATO headquarters between representatives of the Alliance, the United States, Ukraine, the EU, and several European countries ahead of the planned trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi.

This was reported by NATO spokesperson Allison Hart, according to Censor.NET, citing Interfax-Ukraine.

What is known?

"Yesterday, at NATO's official residence in Brussels, representatives from NATO, the U.S., Ukraine, European countries, and the EU held a meeting ahead of the planned trilateral talks (the U.S., Ukraine, Russia) in Abu Dhabi," she said.

Hart clarified that the meeting was a continuation of the "productive discussions that took place in Miami and Oslo, and was aimed at promoting a just and sustainable end to the war in Ukraine."

At the same time, she did not specify which European countries were represented, but given that similar talks had taken place at the European Commission the day before, it is likely that Germany, France, and the United Kingdom were involved.
