180 combat engagements recorded since start of day – General Staff
A total of 180 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day.
This is stated in the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff’s update as of 10 p.m., Censor.NET reports.
Enemy attacks
The enemy carried out 53 airstrikes, dropping 170 guided aerial bombs. It also deployed 3,638 kamikaze drones and conducted 1,746 shelling attacks on settlements and Ukrainian troop positions.
Situation in the north
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the occupiers have carried out one airstrike, dropping six guided aerial bombs, and 65 shelling attacks on Ukrainian troop positions and settlements since the beginning of the day. Four of these involved multiple launch rocket systems.
Fighting in Kharkiv region
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian unit positions five times towards Ternova, Zakharivka, Okhrimivka and Mykolaivka. Two of these attacks are ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched two assaults towards Radkivka.
Fighting in the east
Defenders countered seven attempts by the invaders to advance in the Lyman direction towards Druzheliubivka, Ivanivka and Lyman. One attack is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces countered two attempts by the invaders to advance near Kryva Luka and Orikhuvatka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy conducted no assault operations.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the Defense Forces countered 15 enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka and towards Novoselivka, Novohryhorivka, Dovha Balka, Druzhkivka, Kucheriv Yar and Vilne.
The enemy launched four attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance near Vodianske, Serhiivka and Molodetske.
According to preliminary estimates, 27 occupiers were killed and 16 wounded here today. Four vehicles, ten pieces of special-purpose equipment and four enemy shelters were destroyed. Eight vehicles, one electronic warfare system, four pieces of special-purpose equipment, three UAV control posts and 35 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 130 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy conducted no assault operations.
Fighting in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight enemy attacks towards Ternuvate, Dolynka, Hirke and Yehorivka.
In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi directions, the occupiers conducted no assault operations.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other directions.
