Lutsenko cancels closure of criminal case against rich kid Tolstosheiev
Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko has ordered to revoke the resolution to close the criminal proceedings against 21-year-old Stanislav Tolstosheiev charged with a deadly car accident outside Livoberezhna metro station in Kyiv and make him undergo additional psychiatric examination in a specialized medical institution in another region of Ukraine.
Censor.NET reports referring to the PGO press service. The prosecutor general listened to a report by Kyiv chief prosecutor Roman Hovda who, in particular, noted that according to the results of examinations, including a comprehensive psychological and psychiatric examination, conducted by the Kyiv city center of forensic-psychiatric examination, the car accident occurred after the driver experienced a sudden seizure, lost consciousness and did not control his actions. Given this, Tolstosheiev can not be brought to criminal liability for the violation of traffic safety rules.
