Two soldiers killed in tripwire blast in ATO area

Two Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone after tripping an unknown explosive device.

Censor.NET reports citing the ATO Staff press service.

"According to preliminary information, two servicemen of a mechanized brigade deployed in the vicinity of Novoluhanske in the Donetsk region were killed on a combat mission after triggering an unknown explosive device," the message says.

Circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
