The brigade said that the defenders have traditionally written a radio spelling test of national unity for the third year in a row.
"At firing positions, near guns, combat vehicles, at control points, even in the hospital! And every year it is special in its own way," they said.
"Today, the sweet-sounding and melodious Ukrainian word, skilfully generated by contemporary Ukrainian writer, poet and literary critic Oksana Stefanivna Zabuzhko into a reverent text, resounded from the loudspeakers of radios and laptops in all the areas where our artillery soldiers are performing combat missions, and they skilfully have writing it down on paper. It reminds me a bit of how holy water is used to drive out evil spirits, and how our soldiers, in Ukrainian, are driving out my evil spirits
.
And, yes, our Ukrainian voice will never be switched off or silenced again. Language matters, language is a weapon, a weapon of our Victory. Glory to Ukraine!!!" the defenders added.
