Swedish instructors in the UK teach the Ukrainian Armed Forces how to conduct positional combat.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"Military instructors of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Sweden are conducting a comprehensive tactical exercise on positional (trench) warfare as part of the Interflex multinational training operation for basic general military training of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the United Kingdom, including preparation, capture (occupation) of a trench, trench, position and their maintenance and defence," the statement said.
The General Staff noted that this training enables servicemen to acquire the necessary combat skills and tactical knowledge to improve the security and capabilities of the Armed Forces to defend Ukraine.
Under the guidance of Swedish Armed Forces instructors, recruits of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are becoming more prepared for combat operations.
