Criminal Investigation Department detained arms dealers. During investigation, organiser of this crime and his accomplices were exposed.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported in a telegram by the National Police of Ukraine.
The statement reads: "Operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department of the regional police exposed the organiser of the crime and his accomplices.
The offenders were selling weapons and ammunition. They searched for clients through their friends, and delivered the goods in person.
The suspects were detained while trying to sell several weapons. Law enforcement officers conducted 11 searches in three regions.
During the searches, the police seized a thermal imager, pistols, assault rifles, modified weapons, as well as ammunition and a modernised Kalashnikov machine gun.
Two of the suspects have already been notified of being suspected. The offenders face a sentence of up to seven years in prison."
