Russian troops continue to shell the territory of the Kharkiv region. Around midnight, the enemy launched a missile attack on Kupiansk-Vuzlovy, Kupiansk district.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Synehubov on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, a hit to the ground was recorded. The surrounding shops were damaged, but no one was injured.
"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy fired at settlements in the Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk districts with artillery, mortars, rockets and other weapons," the statement said.
As noted, as a result of shelling in Vovchansk, Chuhuiiv district, a children's and youth art center and 4 residential buildings were damaged. Men aged 57 and 69 were wounded.
In Pidlyman village of the Izium district, an enemy missile hit the territory of a private yard. The barn and the roof of the house were damaged.
As a result of the shelling of Pisky-Radkivski village, Izium district, by "Uragan" MLRS, 2 private houses and outbuildings were damaged.
"In Kharkiv, a civilian man of 42 years old, while collecting scrap metal in the city, stepped on an unknown explosive object and was injured. He is hospitalized in a moderate condition," informed Sinegubov.
According to the head of the region, demining continues. Over the past day, SES bomb squads inspected more than 12 hectares of territory and defused 95 explosive devices.
