President of Moldova Sandu arrived in Kyiv. PHOTOS
On November 21, the President of Moldova, Maia Sandu, arrived in Kyiv. Together with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska, she honored the memory of those who died during the Revolution of Dignity.
This is stated on the president's website, Censor.NET informs.
"On the Day of Dignity and Freedom, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska honored the memory of activists who died during the Revolution of Dignity.
The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu also took part in the event.
Volodymyr and Olena Zelenska, together with Maia Sandu, installed lamps to the cross on the Alley of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in Kyiv," the message reads.
Those present also paid their respects to the memory of fallen activists near their portraits.
Also remind, on November 21, Ukraine celebrates the tenth anniversary of the start of the Euromaidan, which later turned into the Revolution of Dignity.
