The Russian invaders hit an apartment building, there is a dead woman and wounded people.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Censor.NET informs. 

"A 57-year-old woman died as a result of the shelling. A 57-year-old and a 61-year-old man were wounded," the statement said.
