Today, on 22 October 2024, Russian troops shelled Marhanets with artillery in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak on his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.

According to him, a 74-year-old man died in Marhanets.

"In the district centre itself, there is a victim who is 76 years old. He was hospitalised in a moderate condition. The victim has shrapnel wounds to both legs. These are all the consequences of enemy shelling. There is also destruction - damaged housing," the statement said.
