The SSU showed journalists the remains of a Russian missile called Oreshnik that hit the city of Dnipro on Thursday.
This is reported by AP, Censor.NET reports.
"Charred, mangled wires and a missile body the size of a large tyre are all that remains of the weapon, which can be equipped with both conventional and nuclear warheads," the newspaper writes.
The SSU experts confirmed to journalists that the missile was launched from the Kapustin Yar test site in the Astrakhan region of Russia.
It is noted that the missile had six warheads, each carrying six submunitions. Its maximum speed was Mach 11, and the flight time to the target was 15 minutes.
It should be noted that BILD believes that the new Russian ballistic missile was a test missile and did not contain explosives.
