According to Censor.NET, this was stated by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"Antonivka, Molodizhne, Dniprovske, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Veletynske, Zymivnyk, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Prydniprovske, Darivka, Sadove, Tokarivka, Mykilske, Ivanivka came under hostile fire and air strikes over the last day, Beryslav, Olgivka, Mykolaivka, Zmiivka, Urozhayne, Mykhailivka, Burgunka, Monastyrske, Dudchany, Lvov, Novotyahyanka, Novoberislav, Tiahyanka, Poniativka, Odradokamyanka, Virivka, Novokaira, Zolota Balka, Vesele, Kozatske and the city of Kherson.
The Russian military hit social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, damaging a multi-story building and 12 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, garages, and private cars.

The Kherson Military District Administration also reported that Russian troops shelled a hospital in Bilozerka at night. The attack damaged the building's roof and facade and smashed windows.
