In Zaporizhzhia, a man's body was recovered from the rubble at the site of an occupier's missile attack.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"Zaporizhzhia: search and rescue operations continue at the site of a Russian missile strike.
Emergency workers unblocked the body of the deceased man from the rubble," the statement said.
It is noted that as of 18:00, 10 people were injured as a result of an enemy strike on critical infrastructure in the regional centre.
The search operation involves a dog unit of the Interregional Rapid Response Centre of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Romny).
The SES also added that information about the victims is currently being clarified. It is known that one more person is under the rubble.
A total of 28 rescuers and 6 vehicles are working at the site.
The information about the deceased was confirmed by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
"As of now, there is confirmed information about one dead person as a result of today's hostile shelling. The State Emergency Service has unblocked the body of a man from the rubble," he wrote.
As a reminder, on the morning of Saturday, 18 January, Russian invaders launched rocket attacks on Zaporizhzhia.
