Strikes on the territory of Ukraine
As noted yesterday, the enemy launched two missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using two missiles, as well as 56 air strikes, including 90 drones. In addition, it carried out about 4,800 attacks, including 185 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,234 kamikaze drones to attack.
The aggressor carried out air strikes in the areas of Horikhove, Yanvarske, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, Ivanivka, Komyshuvakha, Sichneve, Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Stepnohirsk, Pyatikhatky, Stepove, Lvove, and Prydniprovske.
Strikes against the enemy
Yesterday, missile troops and artillery of the Defence Forces hit twelve areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, an ammunition depot, and another important enemy object.
In total, the losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1250 people. Ukrainian troops also neutralized a tank, six armored combat vehicles, 23 artillery systems, 108 operational and tactical UAVs, 84 vehicles, and a unit of special equipment of the occupiers.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv sector, two firefights took place in the vicinity of Vovchansk yesterday.
Three occupants' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector over the last day. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults in the areas of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Bohuslavka.
Situation in the East
According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked 14 times in the Lyman sector. They tried to advance near the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Hrekivka, Nove, Novoliubivka, Yampolivka and Dibrova.
It is also noted that one assault took place in the Kramatorsk sector in the Stupochky area yesterday.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 12 attacks in the areas of Dachne and Toretsk.
"In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 17 aggressor attacks towards the settlements of Promin, Lysivka, Serhiivka, Ulakly, Andriivka, and Oleksiivka," the statement said.
Situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 11 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Kostiantynopil and Rozdolne.
The enemy twice attacked the positions of our defenders in the areas of Pryvilne and Charivne in the Huliaipole sector.
"In the Orikhiv sector, near Nesterianka and towards Novodanylivka and Kamianske, the invaders made nine futile attacks on the positions of our defenders," the General Staff added.
In the Dnipro sector, the enemy unsuccessfully stormed the fortifications of our defenders once yesterday.
Situation in the North
The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Northern sector.
"Our troops repelled 30 enemy attacks in the Kursk sector yesterday. The enemy launched 403 artillery attacks, 15 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems; carried out 20 air strikes, dropping 30 drones," the General Staff stressed.
No signs of enemy offensive groups were observed in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
