They also reported power outages.

Information also appeared in several local chat rooms that the thermal power plant had been attacked and was on fire.

Voronezh TPP-1 is the largest supplier of thermal energy to residential buildings, as well as to more than a thousand enterprises in the city, including the largest Voronezh plant, Voronezhsintezkauchuk.

Local authorities have not officially confirmed the attack on the thermal power plant.
